自上料攪拌車行走無力或油溫過高時，就需要判斷是離合器活塞密封不嚴(yán)還是油壓不足引起的，但常規(guī)檢測手段有時很難斷定是哪個原因引起故障，尤其是在無動力的情況下，檢查組裝好的變速器總成的各密封環(huán)就更困難了，此時，可采用氣壓閥進(jìn)行測試。

將自動上料攪拌車變速器控制閥拆掉(對組裝好的變速器應(yīng)在裝控制閥之前)，然后依次給變速器各油孔通人0.6一0.8MPa的氣體，若某一個孔通人氣體時，聽到“嘭“的一聲且無漏氣聲或漏氣聲很小進(jìn)口計(jì)量泵，則說明與之對應(yīng)的離合器活塞與缸筒間的密封良好，若聽不到活塞壓緊摩擦片的聲響且漏氣聲較大，則說明離合器活塞與缸筒間的密封失效，應(yīng)更換密封件。
